Founder Joaquín Toro holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Puerto Rico and the nationally recognized insurance designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research in Austin, Texas.
